  • Add small, narrow trees to landscape beds along West 136th Street
  • Add additional landscaping around dumpster

Below are approval conditions for future signage:

  • Less wording on wall sign located on side of the building. Use only logo and "Grub Shack".
  • Recommend moving up "Grub Shack" and food picture band between Speedy and gas prices on the freestanding sign while eliminating any other proposed elements.
  • For the front wall sign put logo in existing arch and just "Speedy" and Grub Shack" on signage eliminating "ice cold beer" and "lottery".
